Insolvency
Our insolvency lawyers have extensive experience in all areas of insolvency, both from the perspective of the creditor and the debtor.
Our goal is to find the optimal solution for each client and situation, assisting both legal entities and individuals in selecting the appropriate type of proceeding, and enabling creditors to pursue all available options to satisfy their claims. We have repeatedly represented creditors in debt recovery across various insolvency proceedings and, where necessary, acted on behalf of clients within bankruptcy committees to identify the causes of insolvency and explore ways to maximise the bankruptcy estate, thereby increasing the amount the client may recover.
We have also successfully contested malicious bankruptcy petitions filed against clients, enabling them to continue their business operations. We have experience negotiating various settlement agreements to prevent insolvency and ensure effective debt recovery.
