Senior Associate

Annika Veisson focuses mainly on transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate and contract law. She advises clients on day-to-day business matters as well as on strategic restructuring and merger projects, assisting with the design of contract structures, drafting of documentation, and support during negotiations.

Annika’s previous experience also includes tax law and intellectual property, enabling her to provide clients with comprehensive and commercially minded legal advice. She has hands-on experience advising both domestic and international clients across a range of sectors.

Annika has extensive experience assisting Estonian and international clients with company formation and liquidation, managing share capital increases and reductions, and addressing corporate governance matters.

Annika can assist with Estonian e-services, including the e-Business Register, e-MTA, official announcements, and e-residency, as well as notarial procedures. Annika also assists foreign individuals and companies with matters related to Estonian banks, including the opening and closing of bank and securities accounts, as well as transfers.
