Maivi Ots is the founder and Managing Partner of the firm and heads the Complex Transactions practice.

Her work focuses on high‑value mergers and acquisitions, financing matters and business restructuring in pre‑insolvency scenarios. She has significant experience in navigating multifaceted and often sensitive commercial situations that require cross‑disciplinary legal insight and strategic judgment.

Maivi has advised on more than a thousand complex and strategically important domestic and cross‑border matters, including major transactions with values reaching hundreds of millions of euros.

She has acted for a wide range of clients—from local entrepreneurs to international corporate groups and investment funds—and is recognised for her ability to guide clients through challenging governance, financial and operational environments. Many of her client relationships have continued for more than two decades.

Her practice also extends to advising on day‑to‑day corporate matters, governance issues and the long‑term organisation of business leadership, including generational succession planning.
