Michaella Tkatšuk

Michaella Tkatšuk supports attorneys in a variety of tasks in the areas of banking, finance, and financial regulation. She assists in preparing documents for licensing and registration procedures, analysing regulatory requirements, and addressing ongoing financial regulatory matters.

Michaella also assists attorneys in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate and contract law. She participates in preparing and analysing transaction documents and assists clients with various corporate law matters.
