Raiko Lipstok heads the Litigation and Dispute Management group. He has over 20 years of experience in advising and representing clients and is recognised for his thorough and strategic approach to complex litigation.
He represents clients in civil and administrative courts, as well as in arbitration courts, including international arbitration proceedings. His main areas of specialisation are the law of obligations, construction law, public procurement, commercial law, and insurance law. He also serves as an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Raiko has unique experience in Estonia advising on FIDIC-based contracts (Red and Yellow Books) and in resolving disputes arising from them. He has served as the lead advisor and representative for the Estonian Road Administration (now the Transport Administration) in several of Estonia’s largest road construction disputes.
