Rasmus Tannebaum

Rasmus Tannebaum supports attorneys with a variety of tasks in the areas of construction, planning, and real estate law. He assists in drafting and amending real estate contracts, as well as in analysing and resolving various issues related to construction, planning, and real estate law.

Rasmus also assists attorneys in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate, commercial and contract law. He participates in preparing and analysing transaction documents and assists clients with various corporate law matters.

Rasmus is also one of the Faculty of Law representatives in the Student Union of the University of Tartu, where he contributes to advancing legal education by representing students’ interests in faculty-related matters.
